These Specific Terms govern the purchase and execution of the Discovery Pack offered by Artisan Digital. They complement the General Terms and Conditions, from which they only deviate in case of express contradiction.
1. Object of the Discovery Pack
The Discovery Pack is a fixed-price service including the delivery of 3 distinct graphic mockups of the future website's home page (Desktop & Mobile simulation for each concept), followed by a 30-minute debrief video call.
2. Price and payment
The Discovery Pack is priced at €200. Payment is 100% at order via card through Stripe, condition for triggering the 48-hour creative sprint.
3. Contractual 48-hour deadline
Artisan Digital commits to delivering the 3 mockups within 48 business hours from the receipt of the complete brief and payment. If the deadline is not met, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment account.
4. Pack deduction from production quote
If the client trusts Artisan Digital with the full website build within 90 days of mockup delivery, the Pack amount (€200) is fully deducted from the production quote. In other words, the client doesn't pay for the mockups: they are included in the production.
5. 2nd iteration (option)
If none of the 3 directions fit, a 2nd iteration is offered at reduced rate of €100 to refine directions based on client feedback.
6. Scope and exclusions
The Discovery Pack covers visual mockups only for the home page. It does not include:
- Code development and integration (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
- Text content writing
- Logo or full visual identity creation
- Hosting and domain name
- Secondary site pages
These services belong to full production, subject to a separate quote.
7. If you don't continue with us
The client keeps the 3 HD mockups delivered. They can be used as inspiration for a project carried out with another provider, within the scope of the rights transferred (see article 9).
8. Right of withdrawal
Per Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period (14 days). By signing the brief and paying the order, the client expressly requests immediate execution of the creative sprint and waives the right of withdrawal for the executed portion.
9. Intellectual property
The transfer of rights on the 3 delivered mockups is effective upon full payment of the Pack. It covers worldwide digital use without time limit. Print use of the mockups is by quote. The client can therefore freely use the mockups for their web project, or entrust them to another provider.
10. Personal data
Data collected via the brief is processed per our Privacy Policy.
