1. Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern all services sold by Artisan Digital to its professional and individual clients. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

3. Object
Artisan Digital provides digital design, development, hosting and consulting services: website creation, graphic mockups, ERP, hosting, AI training, audits and automations. These Terms apply to all such services unless specifically agreed otherwise.
4. Quotes and orders
Every quote issued by Artisan Digital is valid for 30 days from issue date. The order is firm upon written acceptance (signature or e-signature, or deposit payment). Once validated, the quote and these Terms form the contract between the parties.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices are in euros, net of tax: VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French Tax Code (CGI). Standard payment terms:
- 40% deposit at order to start the project
- 30% at mockup delivery / interim phase
- 30% at final delivery
For late payment, a €40 fixed indemnity automatically applies in B2B (Article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code), plus interest at the ECB rate +10 points.
6. Timelines
Delivery times are stated in the quote. They start when the deposit and all elements needed for the work (content, access, validations) are received. Any delay caused by the client suspends the timeline accordingly.
7. Obligations of the parties
Artisan Digital commits to deploying the means necessary to deliver the service to industry standards. The client commits to providing content, access and validations in due time, and to paying invoices on time.
8. Revisions
Each quote includes 2 revision cycles. Beyond, additional requests are billed at €60/hour. Out-of-scope changes require an addendum.
9. Deliverables
For full website production, deliverables include the deployed site plus compiled HTML/CSS/JavaScript files. Native source files (Figma, Illustrator, uncompiled source) and HD mockups (PDF, PNG, JPG, SVG) are available as an option, +30% to 50% depending on volume.
10. Intellectual property
Copyright transfer is effective only after full payment of the service. It covers worldwide digital use: web, social networks and digital communications, with no time limit within the legal framework (70 years post-mortem auctoris). Print use is included for logos and visual identities; for web mockups, print use is by quote.
11. Confidentiality
Each party commits to respecting the confidentiality of information shared in the course of the work. This obligation survives 3 years after contract termination.
12. Personal data
Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy, GDPR-compliant.
13. Force majeure
Artisan Digital cannot be held liable for force majeure events as defined in Article 1218 of the French Civil Code. The affected party informs the other as soon as possible.
14. Liability
Artisan Digital's liability is limited to the amount of the service in question. No indemnity is due for indirect damages (loss of profits, loss of opportunity, etc.).
15. Disputes and applicable law
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of Artisan Digital's registered office.
